Semiconductor Wafer Fab Automation Engineer
Role Description
The role involves developing and integrating SECSGEM interfaces for various semiconductor manufacturing equipment, configuring equipment for host system communication, and managing Siemens Camstar OpCenter modeling recipes. The engineer will also collect real?time sensor data, monitor equipment performance, implement data collection strategies for statistical process control, maintain test automation frameworks, and ensure good documentation and testing practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in fit?gap analysis, process modeling, and standardization with area leads and process SMEs.
- Develop factory automation requirements and provide time, user story point estimates, and status for assigned stories.
- Document and validate factory automation work across teams for MES development.
- Provide HyperCare and go?live support.
Required Technical Skills
Experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes.Deep understanding of the SECSGEM standards (SEMI E30 and related standards).Experience with SECSGEM message structure, data formats, and communication protocols.Developing and integrating SECSGEM interfaces for equipment.Configuring equipment communication parameters and data collection variables.Creating and managing Siemens Camstar OpCenter modeling recipes (download, upload, validate).Collecting real?time data from equipment sensors and processes.Monitoring equipment status and performance metrics.Implementing data collection strategies for SPC.Functional experience in GUI, tool scheduling, recipe management, and factory automation SECSGEM.Maintaining and enhancing test automation frameworks for continuous improvement.Expertise in Good Documentation and Good Testing Practices.Generic Managerial Skills
