Controls Engineer – Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems (ASRS)

Job Description

Hiring a Controls Engineer to support and optimize automated warehouse systems, including shuttle-based ASRS, conveyors, and material handling equipment. The role focuses on system reliability, troubleshooting, PLC programming, and continuous improvement in high-volume automated environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot ASRS shuttle systems, conveyors, and automation equipment.
• Maintain, modify, and optimize PLC logic (Siemens / Allen-Bradley).
• Ensure smooth integration between ASRS, WCS, and WMS systems.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions.
• Support commissioning, testing, upgrades, and system modifications.
• Maintain documentation, schematics, and control logic.
• Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
• Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues.
