To succeed as a Jewelry Sales Consultant, you will :

• Engage & Connect : Build positive, collaborative relationships with guests, team members, and partners. You'll create meaningful connections through understanding desires and offering thoughtful, personalized, and customized recommendations.
• Proactively Support Customers : Stay informed about industry trends and promotions to inspire guests through expert guidance that resonates with the emotions and sentiments that matter most.
• Support the Team : Collaborate with team members to support and enhance customer experience, ensuring everyone feels supported, respected, and valued. Collaboration is key to success.
• Visual Merchandising & Product Care : Ensure displays are reflective of the brand's elegance and beauty. Maintain an appearance of cleanliness by ensuring all cases and products are visually appealing, properly cleaned, well-maintained, and tagged with accurate pricing to showcase the value of the pieces offered.
• Leverage Technology to Enhance Services : Gain proficiency in software such as Adaptive, BirdEye, and Microsoft applications, utilizing technological advancements to enhance experiences and contribute to company growth and sustainability.
• Exceed Sales Goals : With a foundation of trust and empathy, you will meet and exceed sales objectives by harnessing product knowledge and forming lasting client relationships through understanding the sentiment and allure of jewelry.

Full-time Sales Consultant Benefits and Rewards :

Salary range including a robust incentive plan : $35,000-$95,000+ per year (based on a 40-hour work week).

This is an in-store position, requiring on-premises work.
