In this role you will lead the strategy, design, and delivery of the user interface and user experience across Teradata's digital products and platforms. You will be accountable for ensuring that every user interactionwhether through the Teradata Console or other product interfacesreflects excellence, consistency, and the company's innovation-driven vision. You will shape the future of how customers engage with Teradata's technology, enabling intuitive, intelligent, and efficient user experiences powered by modern web technologies and AI-driven design. As the Senior Director of User Platforms, you will :

• Lead and inspire the Console team and UI Center of Excellence, fostering creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Drive the overall UI development strategy, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps, brand standards, and user-centric design principles.
• Partner with product, design, and engineering leaders to define and deliver world-class user experiences that enhance usability, engagement, and satisfaction.
• Establish development best practices and scalable frameworks for UI components across platforms.
• Apply foundational AI skills to explore and implement ways AI can enhance productivity, innovation, and impact across our workforceleveraging AI to streamline design, accelerate coding, personalize experiences, and improve accessibility.
• Champion experimentation with AI-based design tools, intelligent user insights, and automation to advance how Teradata delivers value to customers.
