We are on the lookout for a passionate Audiologist to join our Honolulu, HI clinic. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our service members receive the exceptional care they deserve. Your expertise will directly impact the lives of those who have served our country.
Your Role
As an Audiologist with us, you will :
- Utilize your knowledge of hearing science to provide Independent Medical Opinions (IMOs) and conduct independent medical exams for military service members.
- Assess the severity of hearing issues, diagnose conditions, and determine the relationship between hearing problems and military service.
Compensation & Work Schedule
Pay Range :
Salary : $90k-$170k with quarterly bonus eligibility (based on experience and qualifications).Work Schedule :
Monday to Friday (7 AM - 6 PM), with occasional weekend / evening shifts as needed.Location : 2226 Lilha Street, Suite 308, Honolulu, HI 96817.3 weeks of onboarding and training.Manage 12-20 patients daily, with built-in administrative time.Support staff available to assist you in the clinic.We cover licensing, malpractice, CME costs, and more!Enjoy comprehensive benefits starting on DAY 1 !Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Administer and interpret tests to evaluate hearing impairment.Review medical records and audiograms to determine the cause of hearing loss.Utilize electronic medical records and maintain patient confidentiality.Conduct otoscopic examinations and manage cerumen.Train paraprofessional staff in audiology-specific skills.Complete Veterans Benefits Administration Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQs).Travel up to 50% to provide audiology examinations at various locations.What We’re Looking For

Doctorate Degree in Audiology (Au.D) from an accredited institution.5+ years of clinical practice experience.Current, unrestricted Audiologist license in the state of employment.ASHA and / or AAA certification preferred (cost reimbursement available).Ability to pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation.Medical clearance for specific health requirements.Why Choose Us?
