Pay : $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Job description : Job Title : Plant Engineering and Maintenance Supervisor Location : Midwest, USA Salary : $80,000 – $100,000 per year, plus benefits, Move in Expenses may be covered We are seeking an experienced Plant Engineering and Maintenance Supervisor with a strong background in paper and film operations. This is a hands-on, onsite role at a mid-sized manufacturing plant, with opportunities for growth into higher leadership positions. Requirements : Minimum 10 years of progressive, stable experience in paper and film operations Demonstrated track record of professional stability and advancement Strong technical knowledge in engineering and maintenance, including : Mechanical systems and equipment troubleshooting Electrical systems, wiring, and circuitry PLC programming and operation Servo-drive systems and motor controls Industrial automation and process control College degree preferred but not required Position is onsite — candidates must be willing to relocate if not already located nearby Job Type : Full-time Benefits : Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location : In person
