This expansion also includes the development of an advanced care unit (ACU) and a state-of-the-art surgical suite to better serve our community's needs.\n\nPosition Overview : \n
• Implement and manage patient care interventions, including medication administration, clinical treatments, and more.\n
• Document all aspects of patient care provided.\n
• Monitor and communicate patient conditions effectively with the care team, physicians, and families.\n
• Assist patients with daily living activities like personal hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.\n
• Coordinate patient care across disciplines and provide essential support throughout the healthcare journey.\n
• Evaluate the educational needs of patients and families and provide tailored education.\n
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.\n\nMinimum Requirements : \n
• Associate's Degree in Nursing, required\n
• KY RN state licensure or compact licensure, required\n
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, preferred\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 10 days of hire\n
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 30 days of hire\n
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 45 days of hire\n
