FSO- Top Secret Clearance

Staffing Pros, a division of VETS Inc., is seeking a Facility Security Officer (FSO) / Insider Threat Program Senior Official (ITPSO) to take the lead in managing critical security operations across multiple clients.

This position requires an Active Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities :

• Manage facility security operations in compliance with NISPOM, federal regulations, and client requirements.
• Oversee personnel clearances, visit requests, reporting, and DD Form 254s.
• Maintain and update Facility Clearance (FCL) documentation.
• Utilize DISS, NISS, and NBIS systems to support security operations.
• Collaborate with Government CORs, industrial security teams, and prime contractors.
• Lead Insider Threat Program activities and reporting requirements.
• Identify, assess, and resolve security-related matters efficiently.
• Travel as required within the National Capital Region to support clients

Greater Northern Virginia area (NoVA / NCR), with travel required to client facilities in and around the National Capital Region (D.C. Metro, MD, and VA).
