Provide high-quality nursing care under the direction of RNs and physicians

Communicate effectively with medical staff, residents, and families

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations

Participate in professional development and ongoing education

Assist in planning and implementing individualized care plans

LPN Requirements

Graduate of an approved LPN / LVN program

Current PA Nursing License in good standing

QUALIFICATIONS :

Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be Graduate of an approved LPN program.

Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in this state.

Must demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the

age-related needs of the residents served.

Must possess a valid CPR certification

Must have effective oral and written communication skills

Must meet all local health regulations and criminal background checks, post-offer drug trust, and post-off physical

Must maintain all required licenses, certifications, and continuing education requirements by the state

Must be able to push, pull, move, and / or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and / or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
