Responsibilities

Hair Services : Provide professional haircutting, styling, shaving, and grooming services to clients, maintaining high-quality standards of Diesel Barbershop.

Customer Experience : Engage warmly and positively with clients to ensure an inviting and memorable barbershop experience.

Product Recommendation : Advise clients on the best hair care products that suit their needs, along with up-selling store offerings.

Sanitation and Maintenance : Ensure that workstations and tools are sanitized before and after use, adhering to safety and health regulations.

Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with fellow barbers and stylists to maintain a friendly, energetic, and supportive shop environment.

Continuing Education : Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the hair industry to provide modern and fresh styles.

Requirements

Certification : Valid Texas Barber or Cosmetology License.

Experience : Proven experience working as a barber, stylist, or cosmetologist.

Skills : Strong skills in hair cutting, styling, and grooming for both men and women.

Customer Service : Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer experiences and build strong client relationships.

Communication : Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Professionalism : A professional appearance and demeanor, with a commitment to punctuality and reliability.

Adaptability : Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and trends in hair care and styling.
