This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Care Coordinator located in Anderson, SC. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments, managing phone communication with patients, coordinating patient care, and ensuring a smooth flow of medical information. Daily tasks also include interacting with patients, providing information, and assisting with any inquiries related to appointments and care plans.

Qualifications

• Appointment Scheduling and Care Coordination skills
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Patient Care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• High School diploma or GED required
• Clean and maintain hearing instruments
• General office duties, including cleaning (this includes cleaning bathrooms)
• Other duties as assigned
