The Bookkeeper and Operations Assistant will take the lead on daily bookkeeping and billing, ensuring smooth workflows, accurate financial records, and strong internal systems. You will also assist with inventory tracking and work closely with company leadership to streamline processes, support projects, and contribute to the company’s continued growth. Strong proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks is required.
