Key Responsibilities of a CNA:

• Dignified ADL Assistance: Provide thorough and respectful assistance to residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, meal service, feeding, ambulating, turning, and positioning.

• Maintain Comfort & Safety: Ensure clean, safe, and comfortable living conditions for all residents.

• Accurate Documentation: Complete all required charts, reports, and records promptly and accurately to ensure continuity of care.

• Regulatory Compliance: Perform all duties in strict compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines and facility protocols.

• Team Support: Execute other essential duties as assigned by the Unit Manager and nursing leadership team.

Qualifications Required:

• Active Certification: Must hold an Active and Valid Wisconsin CNA certification.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Team Player: Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as a vital part of our interdisciplinary team.

• Compliance: Must be fully compliant with state healthcare worker background check requirements.

• Previous long-term care experience and computer knowledge are a welcome plus, but not mandatory.
