General Dentist – Full-Time (Permanent)

Start Date : ASAP

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (1-hour lunch)

A high-tech, well-established dental clinic is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join a busy and collaborative team. This practice treats patients of all ages, offering a mix of PPO and FFS with a strong base of fee-for-service patients.

Open to W2 or 1099 perm employee

35% on adjusted production or collection, every 30 days when the end of the report prints off.

Practice Highlights :

Fully digital clinic with 3D printers, intraoral scanners, and milling machines

In-house lab for ortho trays / scans

Onsite ortho program

Credentialing can be bypassed initially due to FFS patients (PPO enrollment 30–60 days)

Daily Volume & Support :

See 12 patients per day, plus hygiene checks

Supported by :

5 well-trained Dental Assistants (including a lead DA)

1 RDH (1 more hired)

5 front office staff, including Office Manager

1 additional Associate Dentist

Clinical Scope :

Crowns, bridges, composites, root canals (molar endo preferred, but mentorship available)

Surgical extractions (3rd molars referred out)

Single and multiple implants

Sinus lifts

Hygiene and ortho in-house

Ideal Candidate :

Comfortable with bread-and-butter dentistry and surgical extractions

Proficient (or willing to grow) in molar endo

Team-oriented and eager to work in a modern, digitally advanced environment
