Receptionist

Position Summary :

The primary function of this role is to handle front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, sorting, and distributing mail, and various administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities :

Front Desk Operations

• Answer phone calls and route calls to appropriate individuals
• Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable

Mail & Package Management

Administrative Support

Qualifications :

Hours : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00am to 4 : 30pm

Office Location : 101 E. Main Street, Hill City, KS 67642
