Senior Logistics Supervisor

A company is looking for a Senior Logistics Supervisor to oversee operations in the Plasma Logistics Centers.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the receipt, handling, verification, storage, and distribution of plasma to ensure compliance with safety and procedural standards

Develop and maintain departmental SOPs and coordinate inventory transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance

Interview, hire, train, and supervise non-exempt employees while monitoring performance and quality standards

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution, preferably in a GMP regulated industry

Working knowledge of inventory controls

Demonstrated leadership and independent decision-making capabilities

Ability to adapt to changing priorities
