New York Licensed Commercial Counsel

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to join its legal team.

Key Responsibilities

Structure, draft, and review SaaS agreements and Data Protection Agreements with clients and contracts with vendors

Collaborate with internal teams to identify and manage legal risks across various business initiatives

Engage in customer-facing communication regarding contracts and help formulate legal policies

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor degree and qualified to practice law in New York or the state of residence

At least four years of commercial legal experience

Experience in drafting and negotiating SaaS and technology agreements

A strong business-friendly style with a focus on supporting business growth

Enthusiastic and results-oriented mindset; Adtech / Martech experience is a plus
