As a Licensed Practical Nurse , you'll play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include :
Deliver care that meets each patient's physical, emotional, and cultural needs
Collaborate with the care team to create and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications & treatments within LPN / LPN-IV scope
Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient transfers
Provide compassionate patient & family education
Accurately document care, patient conditions, and any changes
Respond to emergencies and initiate life-saving measures as needed
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment
Mentor and support fellow team members
Participate in continuing education to maintain competencies
✅ Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Required)
Current LPN or LPN-IV licensure with the Mississippi Board of Nursing (Required)
BLS certification (Required)
ACLS & PALS (Preferred)
1+ years of LPN experience (Required)
Experience with charting & documentation systems (Preferred)
