About the Role

This isn’t a traditional Solutions Engineer role—you’ll own each customer’s onboarding journey like a mini product launch. From contract signature to go-live in under two weeks, you’ll design, build, and deliver AI-powered phone agents that transform how businesses connect with their customers.

Whether you’re a Solutions Engineer with strong product instincts, or a former PM eager to work hands-on with code, APIs, and integrations, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of AI-driven customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver 14-Day Launches – Take new customers from contract to live AI-powered call flows in two weeks.
• Own the Deployment Vision – Collaborate with customers to define goals, success criteria, and deployment plans that align with business impact.
• Build Seamless Integrations – Work with APIs, webhooks, and databases to embed AI agents into existing customer systems.
• Design Natural Conversations – Shape conversational flows, prompts, and call pathways for smooth, brand-aligned experiences.
• Manage Projects Like a PM – Provide updates, manage timelines, and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the onboarding journey.
• Unlock Long-Term Value – Identify new use cases and features that drive ongoing customer success and expansion.
