A company is looking for a Director of Engineering, Data & AI / ML.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing data team of AI / ML engineers and data scientists

Define and drive the long-term technical vision and strategic roadmap for the data platform and AI capabilities

Oversee the design, development, and operation of scalable data pipelines and analytics systems

Required Qualifications

BA / BS degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience

7+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience, including managing managers or senior technical leads

10+ years of hands-on engineering experience with large-scale data systems

5+ years of direct experience with modern data stacks, including data warehousing and ML infrastructure

Proven ability to define technical strategy and lead teams in a fast-paced technology environment
