Here's what you can expect as a Director of Clinical Operations at DaVita :
This position functions as the division's clinical lead responsible for quality, education, and nursing services across Indiana.
As the Director of Clinical Operations you are responsible for the overall management of the division's clinical operations team which includes supervising clinical services teammates within the assigned division that includes 65 locations - hiring, promotion, discipline, professional development, and discharge of teammates with approval from the DVP and People Services Manager as needed.
This person is responsible for the implementation of programs to improve patient quality outcomes by providing training, education, project management and support for the clinical teammates within the division.
LOCATION : Indianapolis, IN, Dayton, OH
This is a remote role, requiring candidates to be based in the Indianapolis or Dayton areas. This person will be traveling regularly within the Division, as well as up to 25% for Divisional and Corporate meetings.
