Your Role at Pura :

We're seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data, finance, and strategic thinking. You'll partner closely with finance, operations, and product teams to build financial models, conduct performance analysis, and develop dashboards that guide critical business. You will help us inspire a belief in the power of fragrance to craft and elevate memorable moments for our Owners. This is your chance to make an impact in a high-growth company that's redefining the way people experience scent.

What You'll Own :

Financial Modeling & Forecasting

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning efforts.
• Perform variance analysis on actuals vs. forecast / budget across departments.
• Develop scenario models to assess business decisions and risks.
• Become the Pigment modeling owner; design driver-based models, and build / own the ETL from DS1 into Pigment-required for PVM automation.
• Govern metric definitions and reproducible queries; embed evidence links in variance explanations.
• Industrialize data requirements and recurring reports for accounting accruals to improve cut-off accuracy and shorten close.
