Ethics & Compliance Manager

A company is looking for an Ethics & Compliance Manager, based in Alpharetta, GA or remote.

Key Responsibilities :

Support the implementation of the Global Compliance Program and enhance processes to advance the Ethics & Compliance Culture

Provide day-to-day advice and guidance on Ethics & Compliance matters to business teams

Conduct risk assessments and support training and communication related to compliance policies and procedures

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree or its non-U.S. equivalent

4+ years of experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare organization related to compliance

Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in Device, Pharma, or Biotech

Fluency in English required

Demonstrated ability to provide business partners with risk-balanced advice and guidance
