Job Summary :

The Machine Operator at the Mixing Plant is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining mixing equipment used in the production of brick materials. This role ensures raw materials are accurately blended, machinery is functioning efficiently, and production schedules are met while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Work Schedule :

Full-time position. Day shift, Monday to Friday 7AM to 5PM, Night shift, Monday to Thursday 4PM to 4AM. All shifts are dependent upon productions needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Equipment Operation :

• Operate and monitor mixing plant machinery to process raw materials according to production requirements.
• Load and measure raw materials (clay, shale, sand, additives, etc.) into mixers per established formulas.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain consistency and meet quality standards.
