Marketing Specialist

ARC Abrasives, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Specialist to be at the heart of our growth at our HQ in Troy, Ohio. You'll develop and execute multi-channel campaigns-creating engaging content for our website, ecommerce, email, tradeshows, and social platforms, analyzing performance, and collaborating across teams to tell one cohesive, powerful story.

You're the type of person who can absorb new information fast and get a handle on complex ideas without missing a beat. You pair that with a deeply analytical mind. • Strong project management abilities and attention to detail.
• Built marketing campaigns around the buyer journey and improved them based on analytics
• Persuasive copywriting skills
• Graphic design skills
• Organized and managed tradeshows
• Proven experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, SEO tools, Email Marketing platforms)
• A 4-year degree in business, marketing, advertising, etc.
• 3+ years of experience in a marketing-type role
• Social media management experience
• Google Ads Experience
• A fundamental understanding of marketing process - starting with goals / objectives of the project and developing tactics under a strategy
• Natural curiosity - entrepreneurial
• A love for pop culture and stay up to date on today's vibe
