Job Description :

The Materials Management Clerk is responsible for assisting with the organization and management of the hospital district's supplies and equipment. Under the direction of the Materials Management Director, the clerk helps maintain stock levels, handle purchasing, store inventory, and ensure the proper maintenance of equipment and supplies. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in maintaining stock levels of hospital supplies and equipment.

Support purchasing activities, ensuring timely and accurate acquisition of materials.

Help with storing and organizing supplies, ensuring easy access and inventory accuracy.

Perform regular inventory checks to ensure proper stock levels are maintained.

Assist in managing and maintaining the district's equipment and supplies.

Utilize Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.) for inventory tracking and documentation.

Support the Materials Management Director with other related tasks as needed.

Education :

High School graduate or equivalent

Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and Teams

Qualifications :

One year of experience in materials management preferred

Experience in a healthcare facility is a plus

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
