Your Journey
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Front Office and Bell / Door teams
- Collaborate with the Director of Front Office, Director of Housekeeping, and Hotel Manager on operational functions, programs, assignments, and hotel activities as needed
- Review and analyze guest engagement scores and trends in Medallia
- Review guest profiles to create personalized experiences
- Review daily activities (arrivals, departures, in-house itineraries, etc.) to meet guest expectations
- Deliver on guests\' expectations and craft WOW moments
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs

1+ year of previous Rooms Division management experience required; Front Office and / or Housekeeping management experience highly preferredExperience in a luxury hotel and / or resort requiredHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor Degree preferredAbility to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentYou will Enjoy

The pay scale for this position is $72,000 to $75,000 per year. The pay scale is the base salary or hourly wage range, exclusive of incentive pay. Please contact us with any questions.
