Our District is in San Jose, California and were up to big things! Our agents provide Auto, Home, Business, Life, and Specialty Insurance to help protect our clients and their assets. Our team is searching for confident, motivated individuals to join our Insurance Program. This role provides hands-on training in sales, service, and customer relationship management, helping you transition to an agency owner role.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales and business growth goals by generating leads and scheduling appointments
• Develop insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and close deals
• Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and digital channels
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and the community
