Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Nursing and graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- 2 years NP Experience required
- Unrestricted Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
- BLS
- Surgical First Assist Certification (Accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education)

Well established team of 2 physicians, mid-level staff and a dedicated MAAverage Patient Load : 10 - 12 per dayMonday - Friday | 8am to 5pmNO Call | NO Nights |NO weekends | NO holidaysSalary : $122,500 - $142,500 per / yr based on experienceProcedures include but not limited to :
