United Care is a privately owned home care agency that has been providing non-medical, one-on-one support to older adults in their own homes for almost 13 years. Our goal is to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. We are seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to join our team.

Base pay range

$41,600.00 / yr - $47,840.00 / yr

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with light housekeeping and simple meal preparation
  • Support daily routines such as grooming, medication reminders, and mobility assistance
  • Help with errands or provide transportation as needed
  • Observe and report changes in a client's health, behavior, or environment

    • Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Previous caregiving experience preferred (not required)
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray (per state requirements)
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
  • Valid driver's license and car insurance
