Clinical Nurse II - Hematology / Oncology, Nights

About the Position :

This role offers a chance to assess, coordinate, plan, and implement patient care for those undergoing treatment in a supportive and dynamic environment. As a Clinical Nurse II, you will focus on achieving the best outcomes for patients throughout their care journey, including transitions during their hospital stay.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, and perform treatments and procedures as outlined by hospital policy and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
• Continuously assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care.
• Utilize nursing judgment in making patient care decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries.
• Administer medications as ordered, following all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.

Salary Range : $83,200.00 - $93,184.00

Hourly Rate : $34.65 - $35.69
