Job Description
The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations, leasing, maintenance, and residential relations for assigned residential rental properties. This includes the overseeing the rental process, monitoring compliance with lease agreements, and security of the properties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of residential property operations including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and tenant servicesServe as the primary point of contact for residents; promptly address tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requestsAdvertise and show available units, screen prospective tenants, and process lease agreementsOversee the move-in and move-out process, including inspections, deposits, and documentationEnforce lease terms and property policies; initiate legal action when necessary for lease violations or non-paymentCoordinate regular property inspections and schedule necessary repairs or improvementsMaintain accurate financial records and property reports, including rent rolls, income / expense statements, and vendor invoicesDevelop and manage property budgets to ensure profitability and cost controlHire, supervise, and manage vendors, maintenance staff, and contractorsStay current with housing laws, fair housing regulations, and local ordinances to ensure full complianceQualifications

Experience
2+ years of experience in residential property management or leasing1+ years of property management experience at a "lease up" propertyEducation & Certifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferredValid Driver’s LicenseFL Real Estate License preferredSkills / Knowledge
Strong working knowledge of local housing laws, landlord-tenant regulations, Fair Housing practices, leasing, rent collection, and eviction proceduresExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple properties and priorities effectivelyAbility to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasksProficiency with Yardi property management software and Microsoft Office SuiteBilingual English / Spanish is preferredWork Environment
The Team Member is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditionsRegular on-site presence required, including periodic inspections and in-unit visits. May include after-hours or weekend availability for emergencies or showingsOn property living is preferred. The Team Member will receive a discount for living onsiteAdditional Information
