We are currently seeking a Lawn Care Technician to join our teamsomeone who is passionate about delivering top-quality, customer-focused lawn care services. As a Lawn Care Technician, you will be the face of Lawn Doctor, directly interacting with our customers to ensure their lawns are lush, green, and healthy.
Your Role
Our Lawn Care Technicians are customer-facing brand ambassadors. They treat lawns with top-quality, environmentally sensitive products, aerate and seed lawns, perform shop work, and offer appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field.
At Lawn Doctor, our technicians use patented machinery to make product applications, which means less pulling hoses and pushing spreaders , resulting in significantly less physical stress and walking . Youll work independently, ensuring each customers lawn is treated with care and precision, while also identifying opportunities to enhance their service experience.
Your role also includes interacting with customers by engaging them at the point of service regarding additional services their lawn may require. Additionally, youll assist with marketing efforts by posting lawn signs or hanging flyers on door handles in the neighborhoods you are servicing, helping to grow our presence and customer base.
Important Note
This position focuses on lawn treatment and care services and does not require any lawn cutting or landscaping .

Winter Transition Holiday Lighting Heroes
In the winter, our Lawn Care Technicians transition to our Holiday Lighting Heroes product line. This involves installing and maintaining festive holiday lighting for residential and commercial properties, bringing joy and holiday spirit to our community.
