SilverTech, a digital experience agency, is seeking a Media Manager to lead paid media and PPC campaigns across platforms like Google, Microsoft, Meta, Spotify, and programmatic channels. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Google Ads (especially Search), is comfortable analyzing data, and confident presenting results to clients. Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Business Manager is a plus. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of industries in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital advertising campaigns — including search, social, and programmatic — from start to finish.
• Plan budgets, research keywords, write ad copy, and set up conversion tracking to ensure high-performing campaigns that deliver results.
• Analyze performance data and share insights with clients and internal teams through clear, compelling reports and presentations.
• Build strong relationships with clients by delivering strategic recommendations, proactive optimizations, and excellent communication.
• Identify growth opportunities by recommending new channels, tactics, or services that align with client goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, sales, and account management to support broader digital strategies.
• Stay current on trends in digital media and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Have a working knowledge of related digital marketing strategies like SEO, content marketing, and website optimization.
