A respected Seattle law firm is seeking a  Commercial Real Estate / Corporate Transactional Associate (4876)  to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate and / or corporate transactions, strong academic credentials, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value transactions with direct client interaction and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle a mix of commercial real estate and corporate transactional matters, including acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, leasing, development, and general business transactions
• Collaborate with colleagues to structure, negotiate, and execute complex deals
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal solutions to clients across diverse industries
• Manage deadlines and competing priorities while delivering high-quality work
