Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An exciting opportunity awaits for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC) to provide valuable services in an elementary school setting located in Lyons, KS. This position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about enhancing student munication and learning experiences during a temporary leave period.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct prehensive assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language skills.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote effective munication.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to ensure that speech and language goals are being met.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust plans as necessary to achieve desired outes.
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in the field.

Qualifications :

  • Valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience working in an elementary school setting preferred.
  • Strong munication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and families.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload of students.
