Rehabilitation Manager

Location : Fresno, CA

Job Type : Full-Time

About the Role :

We are seeking a Rehabilitation Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our rehabilitation department. This role involves supervising rehab staff, managing assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide quality care for a frail or elderly population.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee rehab operations, staffing, and service delivery
  • Perform and supervise therapy assessments and treatments
  • Develop, implement, and monitor rehab policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with clinical teams and leadership on care plans and process improvements
  • Provide staff training, scheduling, and program development
  • Occasionally travel to other locations as needed

Qualifications :

  • Valid COTA or PTA license in California (PT, OT, or Speech Therapy license preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with elderly populations (3-5 years of supervisory experience preferred)
  • CPR / First-Aid certification required
  • Must be medically cleared and immunizations up to date
  • Valid CA Driver's License and insurance if using a personal vehicle
