Handle civil regulatory investigations, enforcement actions, and False Claims Act cases. Participate in all stages of litigation, including motions, depositions, discovery, and trial preparation. Defend global corporations facing complex, high-stakes legal issues. Collaborate with senior attorneys and trial teams on strategic case development. Manage multiple client engagements with responsibility and independence. Experience You Will Need : 3–5 years of experience in complex litigation or investigations. Experience as a federal / state prosecutor or criminal defense lawyer highly preferred. Strong skills in legal research, writing, and motion drafting. Exposure to civil or criminal regulatory work or financial sector litigation. Experience assisting with discovery, depositions, and trial preparation. Excellent communication, analytical, and client management skills.
