Tax Manager

RTD Talent Solutions is currently seeking multiple Sr. Tax Management Accountants for one of our clients based out of Coral Gables, FL. Our client is a CPA firm with more than 20 years of established practice with specialty in advisory, financial management, tax, audit, risk, and management services. They are a growing team with more than 80 current employees. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to work with a larger firm that still has a local boutique culture.

They have a flex / hybrid work model with a 50 / 50 onsite approach : one week on M-W-F, and the next T-TH. The first 90 days would be on-site for training and relationship building. All tax accounting professionals must have experience with CCH ProSystem fx Engagement tax software (or equivalent), CPA certification or in progress, and full professional proficiency in English.

They’re seeking a tax professional with experience in trust and estate planning, high net worth individuals, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

They currently have multiple openings for Tax Managers at various seniority levels, ranging from Tax Managers, Senior Managers, Directors, to Partner level.

Key job duties include :

• Managing client engagements from start to finish : planning, executing, directing, completing tax projects, managing the budget, and meeting deadlines / client expectations.
• Developing and implementing strategic tax planning for federal and state taxes.
