About the Role

Were seeking a Center Manager to lead daily operations at a national rehabilitation clinic. In this role, you'll oversee clinical and administrative teams, ensure high-quality patient care, and drive operational efficiency. You'll be responsible for compliance, financial performance, staff development, and fostering a positive team culture, all while maintaining a patient-centered focus. This position offers leadership growth opportunities, performance-based incentives, and advancement within a well-established healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflows and patient satisfaction.
  • Supervise and mentor clinical and administrative staff, including onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, expense management, and profitability goals.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with physicians, payers, and referral partners to grow patient volume.
  • Provide direct patient care as needed (evaluations, treatments, and assessments).
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant clinic environment.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) or Occupational Therapy (OT) program (CAPTE or equivalent).
  • Active state licensure / registration required.
  • Previous clinical experience in PT / OT with proven supervisory or management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance, operations, and financial management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
