Promote gym services and maintain a positive atmosphere. Certified Instructor Current CPR / AED certification. Experience teaching group fitness. Strong communication and motivational skills. Availability for varied schedules (e.g., mornings, weekends). Team player with a professional attitude. Supportive fitness community. Competitive pay and gym access. A FUN work environment! Fit Factory is a 6 location health club brand. We are a full service health club with a luxury studio experience. We provide an incredible value for a low price point so that our members have the experience they crave, for the price point that allows them to enjoy life outside the club. Position Overview : We are seeking a passionate Fitness Instructor to lead high-energy classes. You’ll motivate participants, create engaging playlists, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment.
