Schedule 12-hour night shifts with every 3rd weekend required. Night shift weekends are Friday and Saturday. Job Description The Labor and Delivery RN will work in a fast-paced environment providing care to high-risk OB patients, assisting with C-sections, and other labor-related procedures. Nurses are expected to scrub in for surgeries and conduct full assessments. Responsibilities Provide nursing care for laboring and postpartum patients. Scrub in for C-sections and assist with surgical procedures. Perform full assessments and document in electronic medical records. Handle triage and inpatient duties as necessary. Collaborate with charge nurses and unit leaders for patient assignments. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure BSN preferred. ACLS, NRP certifications required.
