Job descriptionWeekly earnings 1200–1500 Pay rate 55–65 CPM (all miles paid) Bonus Up to 8 CPM for safety and performance Stop pay 15 per stop Benefits after 30 days medical dental vision prescription coverage 401k with company match Life disability accident and critical illness insurance Rider policy (age 12 +) and pet policy (dogs up to 40 lbs; trainees after solo upgrade) Home every two weeks Predictable regional lanes with steady freight Must be 21 or older with valid CDL A Minimum 6 months of verifiable TT experience Clean MVR and PSP no major violations in 3 years No DUI DWI in past 5 years (10 if while holding CDL) Must pass DOT physical and drug test Stable employment history 4–6 week mentor training program Minimum 120 hours from accredited CDL school required Structured path for recent graduates to gain OTR experience Reliable miles, competitive pay, and strong support for new CDL A drivers ready to grow their career.
