Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC / LCSW / LMFT)
Flexible Practice Models | In-Person & Telehealth
Bella Psychological & Wellness Services is expanding and seeking licensed mental health clinicians (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) who are looking for flexibility, autonomy, and a supportive, established practice environment. We are seeking one full time (25+ sessions per week) or two part time clinicians (10-20 sessions per week).
This role is ideal for clinicians who want to focus on clinical work while choosing the practice model that best fits their goals.
Available Practice Options
Clinicians may choose one of the following arrangements:
Option 1: 1099 Independent Contractor – 60/40 Split
Option 2: MSE / Fee-for-Service Model
100% received billables
Monthly fee paid to practice (Fee depends on PT/FT status and case load)
Clinician maintains greater autonomy over scheduling and caseload
Suitable for clinicians with niche specialties or mixed private/forensic/self-pay work
Administrative support available depending on arrangement and fee
Option 3: Office / Room Rental
Flat monthly room rental
Full autonomy over practice, fees, and caseload
Use of professional office space within an established mental health practice
Ideal for clinicians operating independently who want a professional setting without overhead of their own lease
Time slots for this option vary based on current availability
Position Details

Adult, adolescent, child, family, and/or couples work depending on clinician preference
Opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (therapy, psychiatry, wellness services)
Qualifications
Active Florida license as LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT (required)
Experience with evidence-based treatment approaches
Professional, ethical, and collaborative practice style
Ability to maintain appropriate documentation and compliance standards
