About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Membership to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive membership growth strategy, with a focus on outreach to physician groups engaged in value-based care. This role involves direct recruitment of members, monitoring recruitment efforts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure that members' needs are at the forefront of the organization's activities. The Vice President of Membership will also be tasked with designing and executing membership engagement strategies, including in-person and virtual meetings, and will work to maintain high levels of customer service and member satisfaction.

Applicants for the Vice President of Membership position at the company should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a Master's degree or advanced degree, and at least 5 years of experience in a senior membership or engagement role within a value-based care provider organization, health plan, or similar setting. The role requires a deep understanding of value-based health care and the ability to quickly learn about the goals and priorities of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in member engagement and growth, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with both internal and external teams. A key aspect of the role is the ability to lead a team and work closely with the President and CEO to meet with prospective members. The position demands a high level of travel and the flexibility to engage with members both in person and virtually.
