Role Overview :

As Crew Lead, youll lead the field team, oversee safety, guide workflows, and ensure our jobs are done efficiently and professionally. Youll be hands-on while also mentoring less experienced crew members. This is a unique opportunity to build a team culture and help shape the future of the business.

Responsibilities :

• Lead crews in tree removal, pruning, and property cleanup
• Operate and maintain chainsaws, chippers, and rigging equipment
• Evaluate job sites for hazards and plan safe work methods
• Ensure work meets company standards for quality and customer service
• Train and mentor crew members in best practices
• Communicate with clients on-site as needed
