Headquartered in Chantilly, VA with 16 global offices, Arcfield employs more than 1,500 engineers, analysts, IT specialists, and other professionals with more than 60 years of collective proven experience supporting missions in cyber and space defense, space exploration, hypersonic and nuclear deterrence and warfighter readiness. / ppResponsibilities : / pulliLead systems engineering activities and provide analytical support for AFRL flight experiments and space technology programs. / liliLead and conduct comprehensive analyses through experimental testing, modeling and simulation. / liliSupport the assembly, integration, and testing of space technology, spacecraft, and high-altitude balloon experiments. / liliPerform specialized engineering tasks to support development for space technology, spacecraft, and high-altitude balloon experiment designs. / liliPlan and execute flight experiment operations. / liliDevelop and document design, test, and safety procedures. / liliPrepare monthly status reports. / liliManage the development of hardware / software-in-the-loop and cloud computing architectures. / liliSupport full lifecycle space experiment prototyping. / li / ulpQualifications : / pulli5-7 years of related experience with a bachelors degree or 3-5 years of related experience with a masters degree in Systems Engineering or in related technical or scientific field such as engineering, operations research, or engineering management; or 0-2 years with a PhD. / liliMust be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance. / liliDemonstrated experience related to Space Systems Research and Development and Experimentation. / liliDemonstrated ability to identify and solve problems. / liliCommitment to understand, recognize, respect, and operate effectively with various contractors, FFRDC, and government stakeholders. / liliDemonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills. / liliDemonstrated ability to support the customers needs and work autonomously. / li / ul / div
