Nooter / Eriksen is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to join the Information Systems Team. This role is part of a team that is responsible for providing technical support to all Nooter / Eriksen users. The expectation is that this will be a hybrid position depending on business needs.

A DAY IN THE LIFE :

As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will respond to end-users' complex technical requests in person, via phone, email, and help desk tickets, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for all networked devices (desktop, laptops, desk phones & printer / copiers), configure, deploy and maintain desktops, laptops & printer / copiers, assist with asset tracking and management, and log all help desk interactions (in person, via phone, emails, and messages) into ticketing system.

QUALIFICATIONS . We want the person selected for this role to be successful! The following qualifications are essential to be effective in this role :

• One (1) year of related experience
• Associates or Technical Degree
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills and excellent customer service skills. Proactive, and able to work both independently and with a team. Excellent written and spoken communication skills, highly professional, organized, and trustworthy team player.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to read, write, problem solve, make quick decisions, interpret data and analyze results; effective written and verbal communication is essential.

Less than 5% by car or plane. Able to carry desktop computers and monitors. Ability to read, write, problem solve, make quick decisions, interpret data, and analyze results; effective written and verbal communication is essential.
