The Opportunity

As the second recruiter on our fast-growing team, you'll help us build the exceptional team that builds exceptional products.

What You'll Do

As a full-cycle recruiter and key presence in our San Francisco office, you'll :

• Champion our talent strategy for GTM roles (with a focus on Sales and Success), from initial outreach through offer acceptance and beyond
• Be the face of Assembled in our Mission / Potrero office, creating memorable candidate experiences that reflect our values of empathy, curiosity, and determination
• Partner strategically with hiring managers and leadership to design hiring processes that identify not just skilled professionals, but future Assemblers who will thrive in and elevate our culture and connections
• Build meaningful pipelines through creative sourcing strategies, thoughtful inbound programs, and strategic agency partnerships
• Elevate hiring excellence by coaching and empowering managers to own their part of the process while you provide expert guidance
• Balance scale with soul managing high-volume recruiting while ensuring every candidate feels the care and attention they deserve
• Shape compensation philosophy through data-driven benchmarking and thoughtful offer strategies
• Drive continuous improvement using metrics and insights to refine our hiring approach
