Degreed Engineers

  • This Engineering role can be filled at the Entry, Mid-level, or Senior Engineer level. Please see minimum qualifications list below for each level

Expected salary range :

  • Entry-Level - $85,000
  • Mid-Level - $90,000 - $110,000
  • Sr Level - $117,000 - $143,000
  • Ranges are per year based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes bonuses and a 401K.

    PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

    In this role, you will perform engineering and technical tasks, under general supervision, to support nuclear plant operations.

    Primary Duties and Accountabilities

  • Provide expert technical guidance to develop and implement engineering analyses, activities, and programs.
  • Work closely with teams to identify and resolve equipment and system issues effectively.
  • Manage and own engineering tasks throughout their lifecycle.
  • Apply engineering principles while executing tasks as assigned.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of work, maintaining proper configuration management and adherence to design criteria and procedures.
  • Conduct independent research and analyses to support various technical projects and programs.
  • Propose new equipment, concepts, and techniques to enhance performance, simplify construction, reduce costs, or ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Participate in departmental duties as required, including emergency response and outage support.
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS for Entry Level E01 Engineer – New Graduate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil / Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear).
  • Ability to meet minimum access requirements and undergo any necessary medical examinations or testing.
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS for Mid-level E02 Engineer

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Civil / Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear) with 2 years of nuclear or related engineering experience.
  • Ability to meet minimum access requirements and undergo any necessary medical examinations or testing.
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS for Senior E03 Engineer

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil / Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear) with 5 years of nuclear or related engineering experience.
  • Ability to meet minimum access requirements and undergo any necessary medical examinations or testing.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certification as Engineer in Training.
  • Familiarity with engineering techniques and a solid understanding of the fundamental functions performed by the group.
